Expert Wang Keqin:
-After graduating from Tsinghua University in 1978, I was assigned to the Standardization Institute of the Ministry of Electronics Industry to work on electronic equipment standardization and safety and electromagnetic compatibility testing.
-In 2004, he was transferred from the Shenzhen Municipal Government to the Shenzhen Electronic Product Quality Testing Center as the Chief Engineer and Deputy Director. -In 2013, served as the Technical Director and Director of the Technical Committee at Southern Electronic Product Testing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. of China Inspection Group.
-Engaged in long-term safety testing and certification of electronic and electrical products, EMC testing, and energy-saving testing, with systematic research on solar photovoltaic cell product testing and testing equipment.
-He has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Electronic Industry. He is an expert who enjoys special allowances from the State Council. incumbent:

-Member of the TC03 Expert Group of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration
-Executive Director of China Energy Society
-Vice Chairman of the Reasonable Electricity Use Subcommittee of the National Energy Foundation and Management Standardization Committee
-Member of Shenzhen Energy Conservation Expert Federation
-President of Shenzhen Mobile Communications Federation;
-Director reviewer and member of the Electrical Technology Committee of the National Accreditation Service for Laboratories in China.
-Wang Keqin has also represented China as a member of the 8-member arbitration committee of the International Organization for the Mutual Recognition of Safety (IECEE) for two terms. He is also an IECEE-CB international peer reviewer and has been appointed by IECEE to participate in international peer reviews of TUV North America Laboratory in the United States, JQA in Japan, JET in Japan, and the Singapore Industrial Productivity Council.
